After analysing the bacteria and other microbes living in your digestive system, we would like to store any remaining sample and make it available for future research. Your name and address will not be attached to the sample and so your sample will remain confidential. Before being used in future research, some of the information we have collected in this survey (but not any details which would identify you) may be attached to the sample.
