Christmas Closure
The participant communications office is closed for the Christmas period between 24 December and 5 January. You can still use this form to send us information during the closure period – we’ll make any updates, or get in touch about any issues you’re having, once the office re-opens in January. If you need help with your survey during this time, you can contact the Verian helpdesk team on 0800 015 2908 or email understandingsociety@veriangroup.com who will be happy to assist. Verian helpdesk will only be closed on Wednesday 24 December from 13:30 and on the bank holidays.
